Ingredients

  • 180ml Tequila Blanco
  • 90ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 90ml Cointreau
  • 1 lime
  • Truffle Hill Truffle Honey
  • Truffle Hill Truffle Sea Salt

Method

  1. Prepare the glasses by lining a plate with Truffle Hill Truffle Sea Salt. Rub the rim of each glass with a lime wedge, then dip into the salt and set aside.
  2. In a jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid, combine 1/2 cup of Truffle Hill Honey with warm water and shake well into a syrup.
  3. Pour lime juice, tequila, Cointreau and 2 tbsp honey syrup into a pitcher and stir to combine.
  4. Add ice cubes to the prepared glasses, then carefully strain the margarita mix into each glass.
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge, and enjoy!
