Spicy Bloody Mary

A bold and fiery twist on the classic Bloody Mary. This version brings the heat with savoury depth and a zesty finish that keeps you coming back for more. Perfect for brunch or anytime you need a flavour-packed pick-me-up.

Ingredients

  • 60ml vodka
  • 30ml Truffle Hill Truffle Hot Sauce
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10ml Worcestershire sauce
  • 120ml tomato juice
  • Celery salt (for rimming)
  • Garnish: olives, lemon wedge, celery
  • Cracked black pepper (to finish)

Method

  1. Rim a tall glass with celery salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add vodka, hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato juice.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Garnish with olives, lemon, and celery. Finish with a grind of black pepper.
