Refund policy

If you receive your Truffle Hill product(s) and they are damaged or the order is incorrect, we will either refund or replace your purchase on the following conditions:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must not have been used.

To initiate a return, please email kara@trufflehill.com.au, advise whether you prefer a replacement or refund, and provide proof of purchase.
