Ingredients

  • Small fresh potatoes, boiled
  • Prepared truffle butter, chilled

Method

  1. Prepare the truffle butter in advance, roll it, and refrigerate it until firm
  2. Take the truffle butter from the fridge and cut a few slices
  3. Boil the small potatoes (freshly collected from the garden if possible)
  4. Make a little cut in each boiled potato
  5. Give the potato a little squeeze to open it
  6. Put a small amount of truffle butter in the center
  7. Serve immediately for instant results
