Our newly renovated dining room overlooks the dam and the truffière beyond — a landscape that has been home to Western Australia’s finest black Périgord truffles since 1997.

Every dish on our truffle-inspired menu is built on a commitment to sourcing the finest local produce the Southern Forests region has to offer. We work closely with trusted growers, farmers, and artisan producers who share our dedication to quality — bringing seasonal ingredients to the kitchen at their absolute peak. Our chef weaves these together with the unmistakable depth of Truffle Hill’s own black truffle, grown naturally in the pristine soil just beyond your table, to create a menu that is as much about this place as it is about the plate.

Open daily from 10am, with our kitchen serving from 11:30am to 4pm.
